Hey there guys, So im having this problem with VC, where mouse sensitivity moving vertically (up/down) is ridicilously high. It's prety much unplayable when it comes to aiming and doing stuff that requires precision. I know im not the only one having this problem, i've searched everywhere, but havent found a serious and effective way to get rid of this issue. Im running Ws7. If anyone knows

Mouse Not Working in GTA San Andreas and GTA Vice City - Windows 8.1. Later i upgraded to Windows 10 10240, the game had issues but worked. My final upgrade was WIndows 10 10586, it completely took out my games, few of them got corrupted and many of them stopped working. I decided to downgrade back to 10240. SOLVED GTA vice city no sound.

Vice City v1.0 exe. SIlent Patch VC v1.1 *Patch Notes* Mouse vertical axis sensitivity now matches horizontal axis sensitivity. GInput v1.11 (I can list a few other asi's/mods if need be, but my build is currently pretty lightweight. Mainly visual changes.) P.S. First post on gtaforums, you gta modders are friggin legends! When I change the mouse sensitivity in the settings the X axis (Left and Right) is affected but the Y axis (Up and Down) stays at a very high level. Is there any way to fix this WITHOUT downloading files? Is there a .ini file with X and Y axis properties in it that I can tweak with Notepad? Any help is appreaciated. Thanks!
