In case anyone else comes across this thread looking for help installing promods on steam deck I had to move the promods files to home>.local>share>ATS (or ETS2)>mod (if mod doesn't exist which it likely doesn't you'll have to create the mod folder). Only "feel" what l have on the wheel is the engine/road surface but otherwise l can turn my wheel with 1 finger. I've tried putting the ingame ffb sliders to 100% and also turn Best NVidia Control Panel Settings for Euro Truck Simulator 2 Image Scaling. Image Scaling replaced the old option called Image Sharpening. Image Scaling will downscale the Ambient Occlusion. Keep it off on the NVidia Control Panel, and if you want to enable it, do it through the Euro Truck best AMD Settings for Euro Truck Simulator 2. Below, you can find a brief summary of the best AMD settings we will discuss below in case you want to copy/paste them. Radeon Anti-Lag: High-End system: Disabled / Low-End system: Enabled. Saving the control settings As I had to reinstall Windows again, reinstalling it isn't a problem but what's frustrating is that it doesn't save the controller settings, such as the buttons for doing the indicators, looking left or right etc.
