Foranyone else having the same problem, I managed to fix this by launching a different Ubisoft game (I launched Far Cry 5 but I assume it would work with any game with Uplay cloud saves). I myself had an issue where Uplay was always closing as soon as I launch it through steam and I wouldn't even be able to login. If this is the problem for you or you have something similar, try doing EXACTLY what the below says. 1. Uninstall Uplay.
Goto Desktop Mode 2. Go to Connections Settings (System Settings) 3. Set MTU to a value between 1400-1500 4. Restart the Deck 5.
